Bollinger's vintage rosé is made from blending red and white wines, all from grands and premiers crus vineyards. The first fermentation takes place in 5 years old or older oak casks. This is to ensure that neither tannin or oak flavours are imparted to the wine. This increases the aromatic complexity of the wine.

• Feel free to mix Fine Wines with “regular” wines to make up your order of 12 bottles (or more!) in total. However, at least 6 bottles must be Fine Wine products, because Fine Wines require special distribution from our temperature-controlled Fine Wine Centre in London.
