Wonderful sparkling Sauvignon!
Underrated in other reviews, I find this delightful! Prosecco tends to be a bit too light & floral sweet for me, but this excellently balanced dry gooseberry is a great Summery alternative to Champagne that is drier but still fruit-filled compared to Prosecco. I do love NZ Sauvignon's Cox's apples though so palate is on the dry-side! We also tasted against Lindauer & found this a touch less earthy. My sparkling for 2012.
