Subtle sauvignon
If you like your Sauvignon NZ style ( big and fruity)- this is not the wine for you.
However if you like a more subtle gooseberry flavour with a flinty, minerally finish - this is super value.
Partners well with the usual candidates (fish, seafood, goats cheese,aparagus)
