Very fine
I loved this wine's finesse and elegance. It is 100% on the fruity side, a lot of strawberries popping out of the glass. But what I find perhaps more interesting is the mouth feel: very silky, just about the right tannins for such a light wine, supple, and juicy, as someone up there has described. A fine example of Pinot Noir with its pale red colour, opposite to the purple/black opaque sort of stuff that floods the market these days. All in all, this one is a very polished wine. And you can't dissociate it from the 7.99 price, which makes it a very good value for money when it comes to basic, uncomplicated and pleasant Old World Pinot Noir.
