Vincent Girardin inherited his father's Domaine back in 1985, and has been growing the estate and range of wines ever since, acquiring parcels in many of Burgundy's prime vineyard sites. This old vine Puligny-Montrachet undergoes fermentation and ageing in oak barrels for around 11 months before fining and light filtration before bottling.

• Feel free to mix Fine Wines with “regular” wines to make up your order of 12 bottles (or more!) in total. However, at least 6 bottles must be Fine Wine products, because Fine Wines require special distribution from our temperature-controlled Fine Wine Centre in London.
