Duplessis own a third of a hectare in the middle oif Les Clos which is widely considered the best part of this most famous of Chablis vineayards.The 2001 vintage is now fully mature and we are lucky to be able to offer a parcel which has been aged in limestone cellars of the domaine (2 years in old oak barrels). With a complex nose of lemom rind, liquid minerals and old oak the palate is rich and balanced, still with good structure and a long multi-faceted finish. This is a real food wine and will stand up to all manner of seafood and cheese.

• Feel free to mix Fine Wines with “regular” wines to make up your order of 12 bottles (or more!) in total. However, at least 6 bottles must be Fine Wine products, because Fine Wines require special distribution from our temperature-controlled Fine Wine Centre in London. Original wooden cases not available outside the M25.
