Origin
Finca Flichman have applied their 'two altitudes' philosophy to their Shiraz. Grapes from vineyards at 700m provide body and colour, while grapes from the much higher 1100m vineyards add freshness and acidity, for a well-rounded and complex wine.
Taste
Vivid and intense colour; crimson with violet hues. The nose is full of ripe red fruits, accented with hints of tobacco and clove. Both weighty and lively on the palate, with a firm yet rounded structure.
Enjoy
Enjoyable on its own, or with leg of lamb roasted with garlic and herbs.
