Produced by a cooperative based near the village of Buxy in the heart of the Côte-Chalonnaise, from grapes sourced over the entire region. With access to many vineyards, the cooperative consistently produces excellent wines with typicity and style.
Taste
Vibrant red fruits with spicy undertones leap out of the glass, before a palate of raspberry, red cherry and soft tannins. A smooth and elegant finish lingers in the palate.
Enjoy
Drinking at its best now, particularly with grilled pork or chicken dishes.

    OK just

    Perfectly reasonable but very lightweight, certainly not "vivacious" and with no complexity at all. There is better out there at this price
