blanc de noir
In the late '70s early '80s, when most Jo'burgers didn't know the first thing about the Cape estates, one could find the odd bottle in a cafe in the Western Cape of lovely pale blanc de noir ( names forgotten ). Why didn't Boschendal have the b----s to call this blanc de noir, of which it's a great example.
