Made in the 'right-bank' tradition, this is a blend of 89% Merlot with 11% Cabernet Franc. Juicy plum and mulberry fruit abound on the nose, with lifted spiciness and hints of dark chocolate and inkiness.

Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir 2009 Santa Barbara County

A delicate and pretty nose of ripe strawberry, cherry and plum fruit, with a very subtle earthiness. Soft and supple on the palate, with great fruit focus and smooth tannins.

Chablis 1er Cru 'Mont de Milieu' 2010 Domaine Pinson

From one of the very best premier cru vineyards this is a classic steely dry Chablis with a little more richness than usual due to the excellence of the vintage. The Pinson family continue to produce excellent wines that can age 4-5 years.

Made from a blend of wines from a range of Premier Cru vineyards, this is an excellent quality Pinot Noir. Hints of violets on the nose are followed by delicious savoury, fleshy red fruit on the palate.

BriO de Cantenac Brown 2007 Margaux

Elegantly structured claret, with aromas of pencil lead and sandalwood, and a bramble backbone. A good level of ripeness, medium body, and tannins of a firm, taut character.

Mitolo G.A.M Shiraz 2007 McLaren Vale, South Australia

G.A.M is named in honour of the Mitolo family's three children, Gemma, Alex and Marco, and comes from the 'Chinese Block' vineyard in the Willunga district of McLaren Vale. The wine displays great fullness, with huge aromas of dried spices, blackcurrant and coffee.
