Soft open aromas reveal notes of white peach and fresh apricot. There is also a blossomy, floral accent.
Aromas of pears, sweet peaches and pineapples abound in this wine which is delicately dry.
La Petite Côte is a complex wine full of peach, apricot and spring flowers. It has a wonderful fresh, crisp minerally cutting edge which brings balance to this ripe and voluptuous wine.
Pale yellow and translucent in the glass, the nose is subdued with hints of peach, spice and even a slightly herbal note. The palate is broad and restrained; a serious, structured wine, but with an attractive, gentle acidity.
Produced from 101-year-old vines, this is a voluptuous, magnificent wine whose creamy and fresh aromatics are delicately balanced with toasty oak nuances and crisp, stony minerality. Peach, quince and citrus blend with honey, beeswax and ginger to create a stunningly refined wine with fabulous weight and a spicy finish. Arguably the best white wine in the Southern Rhone, this will only improve with age. And it’s hard to improve on perfection.
Outstanding white Hermitage from one of the most sought-after producers in the region. On the nose, there are notes of white flowers and honeyed citrus. These characters carry through to a palate, which has immense concentration and yet is balanced by a zesty acidity. Poised and elegant, yet powerful.
