Petaluma's 'Project Company' wines are limited releases designed to showcase the quality of particular vineyard sites in the best vintages. This Chardonnay has been sourced from a single, east-facing vineyard at Mount Bonython, Piccadilly Valley.

Shadowfax Chardonnay 2010 Mornington Peninsular, Victoria

A big and weighty Chardonnay in the finest Aussie tradition, crammed with flavours of ripe pineapple and peach, accented with notes of hazelnut and savoury oak. Drink with rich poultry dishes, or white fish in saffron butter.

Ten Minutes By Tractor Estate Chardonnay 2009 Mornington Peninsular

The nose shows complex caramel and butter notes, not rich so much as deep. Layered on top are fruit aromas of white stonefruit and honeydew melon, themselves topped by a range of funky, savoury notes. It’s a luxurious wine for sure, one that delivers its caramel and stonefruit flavours on a bed of satin sheets and down pillows.
