Petaluma's 'Project Company' wines are limited releases designed to showcase the quality of particular vineyard sites in the best vintages. This Chardonnay has been sourced from a single, east-facing vineyard at Mount Bonython, Piccadilly Valley.

Leeuwin Estate Art Series Riesling 2009 Margaret River

A wine of exceptional length, the palate displays classic Riesling flavours of lime and grapefruit and green apple. This is a wine with great intensity and depth of flavour. The palate finishes with clean crisp succulent acidity.

Peregrine Pinot Gris 2011 Central Otago

This wine is overflowing with ripe pear, peach, mango and grapefruit notes on nose and palate. Full textured and mouth-filling, with a hint of fruit sweetness and a firm minerality.

Soave du Lot Inama 2009

Large and round on the palate with a finish of sweet almond, Garganega's unmistakable minerality provides the backbone whilst the acidity provides focus and longevity.

Pouilly-Fuissé 'Vers Cras' 2010 Domaine Cordier

Whilst this wine may not be available from the Fine Wine Centre please check with your local store for availability. This wine reveals tangy citrus fruits creating a hugely concentrated palate with an earthy mineral complexity.
