Origin: Ulysse Cazabonne is a negociant house of Bordeaux, acting as a distributor and cellar for many of the region's top wineries, as well as sourcing their own great value Bordeaux bottlings such as this from lesser-known, high quality local producers.

Taste: A typically Cabernet-heavy blend, this is a robust, firm and well-textured middleweight claret. Powerful blackcurrant characters predominate, while leather and cedar notes add aromatic depth.

Enjoy: Drink with hearty beef dishes such as braised steak or oxtail.
