Anthìlia is the name of a wine that is identified with the ancient territory where it originates and happens to be the first wine to have been conceived at Donnafugata. Made from 50% Ansonica and 50% Catarratto grapes, the wine is round and elegant with plenty of personality. Notes of ripe yellow peaches, plums and scents of Mediterranean flora, lead to a soft lingering finish.
