The Chardonnay and Viognier grapes for this blend were fermented separately, with the intention of maximizing the characteristics of each in the final wine. The result is delicious, with mango, pineapple and vanilla characters and a long finish.
This distinctively earthy flavoured wine offers aromas of bitter-sweet cherries and spice. Rich, with firm, dry, herbal tones on the finish.

This Nebbiolo from a small family-run estate has benefited from the perfect conditions of 2004 to produce a classic, approachable wine, showing the tar-and-rosewater characteristics typical of the variety.
