Caillaubert Sauvignon Semillon

Caillaubert Sauvignon Semillon 2006 Van de Pays des Côtes de Gascogne

While much of the Gascony vineyard land has been planted with Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon is quite rare in these parts and has been used to great effect in this fresh, intense white. Crisp citrus and apricot flavours are balanced by a hint of vanilla and toasted nuts.
