At just 5 km from the Atlantic Ocean the Yonder Hill vineyards benefit from cool sea breezes, which extend the ripening season giving rich concentrated fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes are hand picked, fermented and aged separately. The resulting wine has a deep red colour with a full, meaty palate and spicy, rich well structured tannins.
