Vergelegens reputation as one of the best new world wineries around is more than justified. "The White" is their take on top white Graves - 30% Sauvignon and 70% Semillon from some of their best vineyards, the grapes are whole bunch pressed, fermented and matured for in new French oak. With a powerful and complex nose of greengage, fresh herbs, lime and hot buttered toast the palate is rich and layered with real polish and terrific balance.

• Feel free to mix Fine Wines with “regular” wines to make up your order of 12 bottles (or more!) in total. However, at least 6 bottles must be Fine Wine products, because Fine Wines require special distribution from our temperature-controlled Fine Wine Centre in London.
