Origin
From very old organically farmed vines high up in the Agly valley near Perpignan comes this offering from Gérard Gauby, arguably the finest vigneron of the Roussillon. Grown at an altitude of 450-600 metres give this wine perfect harmony and balance.
Taste
Showing notes of blackberry, Asian spices, grilled meats and well integrated oak the palate is full and complex yet elegant.
Enjoy
This Grenache-based red is rustic and rich, the hot climate giving power and elegance in equal measure. Best drunk with grilled meat.
