A small Pomerol estate now owned and managed by the Guiraud family, with 30-year-old Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines planted across a mix of sand, gravel and clay soils. Grapes from individual plots are hand-harvested and fermented separately, then blended and matured in oak casks for at least 12 months. The wine is soft but robust, with a firm texture and dense blackcurrant fruit layered with spicy, savoury notes.
