Origin
From a tiny boutique winery in the up-and-coming McLaren Vale region. This area has a climate similar to Bordeaux except, in the words of one winemaker, it never rains and it's never frosty.
Taste
Lively citrus and zest flavours together with light tropical fruits and white peach, displaying tight acidity on the superbly balanced palate and a great length of flavour.
Enjoy
An excellent partner to creamy chicken dishes. Will keep for another 3-5 years.

    "If you don't like well oaked Australian Chardonnay, then steer clear of this wine. Personally I'm a fan, great tasty notes as well in this. A little more acidity would round it off nicely but that's a small gripe in a good wine."
