"Kiwi sauvignons are rarely this cheap in the off-trade and can be alarmingly pricey in restaurants. This example's grassy, gooseberry notes and crisp acidity make it a fine aperitif or partner to hors d'oeuvres or fine Chinese or Thai food (and many these restaurants are non-corkage-charging BYOs)."

This wine has been available for £4.99 for some time know, which is amazing given its' consistently high quality. Although similar to Oyster bay I prefer it, as I find Oyster Bay a little sweet for my tastes.

We had a blind tasting session of five different whites for our wedding reception. all four of us in the tasting picked this one head and shoulders above the other four ( which were all recomended by Majestic). The wine had nothing but praise at the wedding, and at £4.99 a bottle you really cant go wrong. btw there was 12 leftover for us , get in !!!
