Pierre Jacques Druet is an exceptional wine maker, with two to three years barrel ageing the norm. 2003 was one of his best vintages of this century and this wine, if opened two hours before drinking, is an absolute delight. Light, soft, fruity and rounded with a long lingering finish it reflects his Bordeaux training. Simply, a gem from a genius.
