This wine is certified organic, made from grapes from the 35 hectare organic and biodynamic farm. The vineyards are located around the the historic town of Stellenbosch, overlooking False Bay and benefiting from the cooling sea breeze.
Taste
An intensely fruity wine, with green apple, gooseberry and nettle characters on a zesty but rounded palate. A long, intense finish marks this out as a wine of great quality.
Enjoy
A great match to a wild garlic, rocket and nettle risotto.
