Carillon possesses a small parcel of 15 year-old vines within Les Combettes. The vines are just starting to come of age to deliver depth and concentration. Superb integration of creamy fruit and spice on the nose intertwined with great minerality and a lovely rich persistent finish. The wine's weight and fatness is balanced by fine acidity and a sense of poise.
