The Barolo Vigna dei Pola comes from the township of Verduno. Its loose, sandy soils, similar to those of La Morra, generate Barolos based on finesse and fruitiness, with an innate roundness that expresses itself early. Intense garnet, the ethereal and elegant nose exudes ripe fruit, violet, rose, liquorice and tobacco notes. An austere but harmonious and velvety wine, this will be excellent with spit-roasted or grilled red meats and furry game.
