  Excellent Champagne, esp at £15

  At £15 this is a great champagne from a great house. At £15 it is a snap (gone it seems are the days off 2005 when under £15 was possible from France) At £20 it has competition. Still, really enjoyable: Complex, yeasty, long, and with enough texture to encourage slow enjoyable qaffing. My favourite champagne pick!

  What did you expect?

  Its yeasty, but otherwise undistinguished. Its OK -at £15 this is generally what you get. Better quality to be found at this price point for Oz/Nz and Cava. 25 quid for this would be silly.

  fill yer boots!

  This is the house champagne at Ascot and at £15 it's a good price. Not long now until the Xmas party season starts so worth stocking up on this in advance

  Wedding Champagne

  I bought this champagne for my daughter's wedding and had a number of compliments on its quality. A champagne that competes on quality with the top marques!
