Managers' Choices

Our most valuable resource at Majestic is our staff. Don't just take our word for it: visit or ring your local store to find out!

They're also helpful, coming from an environment in which high standards of customer service are the norm. From all our customer feedback and research, the quality of our staff and service are the thing rated most highly.

For starters, they're the best trained in the business. They have an in-depth appreciation of wine and undertake professional wine exams, awarded by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), to ensure that you get the right answers to help you make the right and most satisfying choices. This year, an impressive seven of our managers picked up scholarships at the WSET awards.

If you think you have something to offer, and can help us keep up these high standards in a growing company, you might like to take a look at career opportunities with Majestic. Visit our careers website to find out more about working for us.
