For starters, they're the best trained in the business. They have an in-depth appreciation of wine and undertake professional wine exams, awarded by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), to ensure that you get the right answers to help you make the right and most satisfying choices. This year, an impressive seven of our managers picked up scholarships at the WSET awards.
