Made in the classic Burgundian way, the grapes are hand-picked hand-sorted and crushed by foot, from the oldest Pinot planting in Chile. The nose boasts a complex mix of strawberry and dark cherry fruits, spicy cloves, ginger and vanilla. Ripe silky tannins, balanced by well integrated vanilla and coconut oak, the palate shows good depth of flavour.
