As elegant as the massive château that adorns the label (2010 )
"Only a vin de pays but as elegant as the massive château that adorns the label and made in the Montagne Noire area of the Languedoc by a 10th-generation wine-making family. Typically aromatic with scents of peaches and apricots on the nose, big fruit tastes, with buttery, honey touches and a long dry finish. Try with scallops or any flat white fish with a lemony sauce.
