Chryseia 2004 Prats Symington, Duoro

A joint venture between the owners of Dow's and Graham's ports and Bruno Prats of Cos d'Estournel fame, it is primarily Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franc, aged in the finest new French oak.

Taylor's 40-year-old Tawny Port NV

Made from a blend of some of the best wines from several vintages, aged in large wood casks for a long period, resulting a brick-red, tawny colour. The wines in this blend are an average of 40 years old. An intensely complex nose of dried prunes and dates, accented by wafts of clove, cinnamon, black tea and roasted nut aromas. Glorious length and sweetness, and a remarkably soft, elegant mouth feel.

Fonseca Vintage Port 1985

Dark purple in colour, with hints of molasses, oak and plenty of dark berry fruits coming through on the nose and palate of this deliciously rich, weighty vintage. This wine will continue to age gracefully for many years to come!

Fonseca Vintage Port 1992

This colossal vintage port reveals a nearly opaque black/purple color, and an explosive nose of jammy black fruits, licorice, chocolate, and spices. Extremely full-bodied and unctuously-textured, this multi-layered, enormously-endowed port reveals a finish that lasts for over a minute... will age well for 30-40 years. 97 points.
