Made in the Cooperativa Asunción by winemaker Isaac Fernandez Montaña, whose philosophy in winemaking is to combine the best of traditional techniques with the latest technology. Black cherries, chocolate, vanilla and cassis on the nose are balanced by sweet, ripe tannins and a refreshing acidity on the finish.
