Sauvignon Blanc

Origin
This Sauvignon is made by DeMorgenzon, and comes from some of the cooler slopes of the Stellenbosch area. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed for more delicate flavour, and a small percentage of the wine is fermented in two- or three-year-old French barriques.
Taste
Pale, bright gold with green reflections. Extremely youthful and exuberant, with a grassy, citrussy bouquet. Acidity is brisk, giving an intense, mouth-watering experience.
Enjoy
Drink now or keep in the rack for a few months to allow it to mellow. Best with fresh seafood.
