Inspired
This is an extremely successful example of the relatively recent (I think?) innovation of blending these two grapes. Really excellent. The Verdejo finesses the Sauv Blanc, and lifts it with it's tantalising spritz. A very happy combination. Anytime wine which is great by itself and very versatile with food (I can imagine this coping with the lemon grass and chilli of SE Asian, though I haven't tried that...)
