This is the top cuveé from this celebrated domaine in Sancerre. Now made in a more classic style and matured in old oak foudres rather than barriques this is about as intense and powerful as Sauvignon Blanc gets. With notes of white peach and minerals, fantastic purity, balance and length it is best drunk now with simply cooked seafood a or goat's cheese salad.
