An interesting and great value white blend from Domaines Paul Mas, who have spent recent years experimenting with and establishing a huge range of grape varieties, taking advantage of the broad appeal of the Languedoc's climate.
Taste
A sunny and generous wine, with a lively nose of peach and ripe pear fruit, with subtle hints of white blossom. A fruity and full-textured palate, with soft acidity and refreshing tropical notes.
Enjoy
Drink with anything from cod Mornay to chicken Caesar salad.

    "The energetic and engaging Jean-Claude Mas strikes again, this time with a hedge-betting blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino (aka Rolle), Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
