Wine tasting
Gathered a few friends over for a tasting to find a 'house red' for £8 +-£2.
5 Red wines in the same price range where tested.
We found this wine to un-structured, with a kick of the Merlot addition which is the only help.
Whilst this 'might' work with some salty cheese like parmigiano this still does not reach all the way.
Something like the Copertino would be a much more 'grape' for the same money.
