So inconsistent!
This is one of the most inconsistent wines I have ever come across. One bottle is rich, tasty, with a good balance of spice and fruit. But another - one in three, I would say - has a really bitter flavour, overriding everything else. I love this wine when it's on form - and bought it after Victoria Moore recommended it in The Guardian - but would have to warn people about this inconsistency, which would certainly put me off buying a case. Has anybody else experienced this?
