Elegant, sweet tobacco aromas (2010 Vintage)
"Rosso is the earlier drinking kid brother of Brunello di Montalcino, but that doesn't mean you should drink it young. Beneath the elegant, sweet tobacco aromas here, there's a meaty, gamey character, red fruit concentration, acidity and fine but firm tannins. You can drink it now, but you could put it away for another five years (The Wine Gang, www.thewinegang.com, July 2012)"
