Origin
From vineyard to bottle, all aspects of this Riesling's production are geared towards creating a fresh and incisive New World style. Grapes are picked in the cool of the early morning, hand-sorted and whole-bunch pressed, before cool-fermenting to dryness.
Taste
Pure and clean on the nose, with well-defined aromas of mandarin orange, green apples and touches of stone and florals. Precise and slim on the palate, with a refreshing acidity and mouthwatering finish.
Enjoy
At its best with simply-prepared, fresh seafood such as oysters, lobster or seared scallops.

    Refreshing change

    Bought this wine after it had a mention on Saturday Kitchen. Most enjoyable and a refreshing change to Sauvignon Blanc. Been back to Majestic for more bottles.
