Weingut Dr. Hermann is a family-owned estate managed by Rudi Hermann and his son Christian. Winegrowing has been a Hermann family tradition for several hundred years and they concentrate on the production of Riesling on the steep rock slopes of famous vineyards. Ripe apple and peach aromas are streaked with minerality which follows through to the fruity, beautifully structured palate which lingers on the finish.
