Viña Leyda were established in 1997, on a small cluster of vinyard sites in the San Antonio part of Leyda Valley. Each site is said to exhibit its own 'micro-terroir'. Selected Oregon Pinot Noir clones are grown on a slow-ripening, southwest-facing plot of clay soils.
Taste
Supremely fresh in aroma, with an intense and vivacious raspberry and cherry nose, accented by hints of green herbs. The palate is nicely refined, with an elegant shape and very direct fruit.
Enjoy
Will complement the delicately gamy flavours of guineafowl or pheasant.
