Description

Bollinger's vintage rosé is made from blending red and white wines, all from grands and premiers crus vineyards. The first fermentation takes place in 5 years old or older oak casks. This is to ensure that neither tannin or oak flavours are imparted to the wine. This increases the aromatic complexity of the wine.

    Superb

    A really tasty big champagne. Apparently their winemaker thinks it is one of the best wines they have made. Loads of finesse.
