Bright red in colour and using only the very ripest berries, this harmonious, complex wine has aromas of red fruit mixed with violets, mild spices and subtle oak . Well balanced red and black fruit flavours on the palate are augmented with a good tannic structure, fine acidity and an excellent length. Wonderful with roast or smoked duck, seared tuna or lamb served pink.
