Improved overnight in the frig.
I like the light but aromatic style of Burgundy, and when I opened the bottle, it was certainly light, but maybe lacking in aroma. Nothing special. But the next day, the part-finished bottle, stored in the frig, had acquired a real elegance. I don't know quite what to suggest except:-
Try decanting it.
Serve it on the cool side - usually right for lighter pinots.
