Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir produces deliciously smooth wines with ripe silky tannins and juicy red summer fruit. Although it is famed for producing the red wines of Burgundy, and in particular, the Côte d'Or, Pinot Noir is now widely cultivated outside of Burgundy, in regions that mirror its cool growing conditions, such as Central Otago, New Zealand, the Yarra Valley, Australia and Carneros, California. Pinot Noir's invaluable contribution to Champagne must also not be forgotten!

A succulent, vibrant style with layer upon layer of flavours. Stylish and appealing, the tannins gently underscore the finish. This is elegant Pommard with impressive persistence.

This has the perfumed intensity, complexity and persistence of a very fine Grand Cru. It has a restrained power allied with a flowing, elegant quality. Fine tannins add to the weight, combining with the depth of flavour. Impressive.

With wild loganberry fruit on the nose, this has a perfumed, smoky note in the glass. On the palate, the tannins are evident, but well balanced and not at all extracted. There is dark berry fruit and an almost steely mineral vein. Elegantly fresh on the finish, this is very fine indeed.
