The pinnacle of great Burgundy, the rounded, sturdy and rich wines of Bonnes Mares are noted for their ageing capacity. 2003 was a very warm year which produced exotic wines with notes of confit raspberry, black cherry and licquorice. This historic, family owned domaine produce wines food friendly wines which provide real value for money. Drink it with red meat or ideally game over the next 8-10 years.
