Origin
This parcel of mature wine was made by one of Bordeaux's famous 2nd Growth châteaux, hand harvested from some of their younger vines, and oak-aged for 11 months. An early-drinking wine with the hallmarks of the Pauillac terroir.
Taste
A nose of red fruits, with touches of leather, vanilla and violets. A well-structured palate, with flavours of cassis and cherry, and a satisfying length.
Enjoy
Decant an hour before serving with a hearty stew or your Sunday roast.
